Eventide Moves forward with SUFFERANCE

Eventide members Gary E. Irwin and Matt Casale have decided to move forward with the horror script SUFFERANCE.  The film centers around  a young man and his father as they take refuge in their house in order to stay alive during a nationwide pandemic emergency.

Originally developed by OF DARKNESS screenwriter Matt Casale along with his cousin William Bedner, the script is currently in re-writes and will hopefully begin fundraising in Spring 2010.  SUFFERANCE has been pushed ahead of the companies other project INDIGO FALLS and will now be the teams first foray into Feature film territory.

I can’t believe Sufferance is going to be made! It’s been a long journey from when Matt & I were kids. We spent a lot of nights talking about the idea. We even figured out where we’d need to go for survival gear! You could almost say it’s a story that took a life time to write. Needless to say I was stunned when I looked at the Eventide website. I know you guys will do justice to the idea. And after watching Of Darkness, I know this will be the best it can be! Can’t Wait!!! –Bill Bedner”
